Our pediatric dentist office serves Heber City, Midway, and all of Wasatch County, as well as Park City, Utah and surrounding Summit County communities. We even get patients from as far away as Kamas, Roosevelt, Vernal, and Duchesne, Utah as well as Evanston, Wyoming.

We are located between Southfield Road and 6th West, just east of the canal.
Our regular office hours are Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Friday from 8 am to 4 pm. We are closed for patients on Wednesday but you can still call and make appointments.
If you have an urgent medical need and need to talk to Dr. Ellis after our regular hours, please call our office at (435) 654-5322 and leave a message. Messages are monitored regularly and your call will be returned as quickly as possible.
At Heber Children’s Dentistry, we accept most insurance plans, including Medicaid and CHIP for both Utah and Wyoming. Please contact your insurance company or you may call our office at (435) 654-5322 to find out if we accept your insurance plan.
If your insurance plan requires you to pay a co-payment, co-insurance, and/or a deductible, you will need to pay at the time of your visit. For your convenience we accept cash, checks, Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express, and Care Credit.
